I can only tell you what I do, and that is I think about the universe and that the universe is a peaceful place.

I get stressed out very easily, so I completely feel your pain. And I usually just try to visualize what I have to do and see myself doing it so then it's more tangible and I can actually figure out how I'm going to carry out my tasks.

Talk to a friend, someone that you can trust.

Try to picture yourself in a very calm, serene place. Like, I picture myself at the beach.

You just get a little stress ball and just squeeze it as hard as you can.

If you want to relieve stress, try squeezing something. Like, try squeezing your pants or your shirt. Like... (grunting)

Draw what you're feeling and take a walk with your dog.

Watch your favorite movie and just take a break from everything.

I recommend exercise, 'cause when you're exercising, you can't really focus on other stuff, because you're not really comfortable, so you get your mind off of it.

Just counting very slowly and calmly can bring you some reduction of stress.

Take a deep breath in for a count of about eight, then you breathe out nice and slow for a count of about eight. Do those nice breathing exercises, and that will calm you right down.

Eat some ice cream. Ice cream's good when you're stressed out. "Stressed" backwards is just "desserts."
